Αναλύεται η ιστορική του σημασία, η καταστροφή του και οι ευρύτερες συνέπειες για την ελληνική κοινότητα, καθώς και οι προσπάθειες ανασυγκρότησης και διατήρησης της πολιτιστικής μνήμης.
[fr] Ce numéro met l’accent sur la vie de la diaspora grecque aux États-Unis après les événements du 11 septembre, en se focalisant sur l’église Saint-Nicolas à “Ground Zero”. Il explore son importance historique, sa destruction, les répercussions pour la communauté grecque et les efforts entrepris pour sa reconstruction et la préservation de la mémoire culturelle.
